What is an AI token?+
Tokens are consumed when you use AI-powered features: OCR from photos or OT lists, voice-to-log transcription, AI case search, and batch extraction. A photo extraction uses roughly 100 tokens; a voice log uses around 30. You'll see your balance in the app.
Do unused tokens roll over?+
Monthly tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up tokens never expire and are only used after your monthly allocation runs out.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
When does pricing go live?+
