App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly.

Pro subscriptions (web)

If you subscribe to Clip Pro on the web and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email mikisu.dev@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email on your account. We process refunds within 5 business days.

After the 14-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Renewal charges

We send a reminder email 7 days before each annual renewal. If you miss the cancellation window, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.

Token top-up packs

Token top-up packs are one-time purchases. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no tokens from that specific pack have been consumed. Once tokens from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable.

Mobile purchases (iOS & Android)

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed by Apple and Google and are subject to their refund policies. We are unable to process refunds for these purchases directly.

  • Google Play: through the Google Play support page (within 48 hours for automatic approval)

What we do not refund

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window (unless at our discretion)
  • Partially used billing periods after voluntary mid-cycle cancellation — you retain access until the end of the paid period
  • Token top-ups where tokens have already been consumed
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the app's Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.
